PROPERTY SIZE: For properties up to 2,000 sq. ft. (Additional $100 for each 1000 sq. ft.).
PROPERTY DISTANCE: Within up to 25 miles from Oakland. Above that travel fee and tolls may apply.
DELIVERY: Transferred to the customer's MatterPort account.
RESERVATION: Scheduled upon receipt of reservation and 50% prepayment.
CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE: Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled time: Full deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled time: a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total reservation value will be charged. Cancellation before 48 hours of the scheduled time: No cancellation fee will be charged.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Travel fee applies to locations more than 25 miles from base. Additional services and customizations available upon request.
